Farmers State Bank selects IBT as partner to modernize its core and ancillary systems

CEDAR PARK,TX - May 6, 2015 - IBT, Inc., leading provider of cutting edge banking applications, announced today that Farmers State Bank (FSB) of Brookston, Indiana has signed with IBT to upgrade its core platform and all its integrated solutions. This new technology will enable the bank to meet the specific challenges of the marketplace efficiently and effectively providing new automation and convenience to its customers.

"We are doing a full core conversion and adding enhanced online banking, mobile banking and cash management products like deposit capture. In order to survive in this industry, we knew we needed to grow and change, but we didn't want to become something that we weren't; we wanted to maintain for our community, who we are as a bank, and stay true to our commitments. With our current contract concluding its term in 2015, we began our discussion and research in early 2014. We took that opportunity to address all aspects of overall operations, our overhead, our services, and our products reviewing virtually everything to move to a more modern technology system. We knew we wanted to align ourselves with a cost efficient, like-minded company that would give us service beyond the installation, a company that would be our partner, and we found IBT. Our goal with the new IBT Core system is that it will improve efficiency, and provide us the ability to focus more on our customers instead of having to work with a system with scattered silos of information. Our customers will truly benefit from using this new automation," stated Lori Heath, President and CEO of Farmers State Bank.

"Client's like Farmers State Bank are focused on customer care as are we. As we assist with FSB's conversion to new and improved technology, we focus on building our relationship as well, carefully guiding our clients, step by step, through the transition to insure proper training and support all along the way, That is The IBT Difference, " stated Mike Golebiowski, president of IBT.
