IBT develops and hosts a suite of powerful and scalable banking applications that exemplify the next generation of processing and data management solutions for financial institutions.
The bank upgraded to a real-time digital banking environment with platform automation utilizing i2Core, IBT’s innovative core processing platform. That, along with a suite of new services will allow Stockmens to serve its customers with a more forward-thinking technology. “The ability to view all transactions and client data in a real-time environment will revolutionize operations at Stockmens,” said IBT Director of Sales Steve Thomas.
Bank management took an active role during the conversion, and employees embraced the new system. “IBT’s staff was outstanding throughout our transition. They were with us every step of the way, and as a result, the transition went smoothly,” according to Frank Leone, Vice President at Stockmens.
